This one storey two bedroomed cottage sleeps 4. It has full oil fired central heating and is mostly double glazed.
The open plan reception room is beautifully set out around a wood burning stove. There is also a TV with DVD player.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs.
One room has a double bed and the other bunk beds. The double room has old exposed beams. There is a large electric shower in the bathroom.
The cottage has its own private sitting out area and there is also a large games room nearby. Barbecue facilities are available.
Electricity, towels bedding and oil for the central heating are included in the price, as is the first basket of logs.
A line is provided to dry your washing. These are non smoking properties and pets are not allowed. There is ample parking and outside lighting.
We are on a septic tank so please only flush loo paper down the loo!
On the morning of departure we would really appreciate it if you could take the bedding off the beds and pile it in the kitchen.
